2 Week Old Kittens Not Pooping

I have 2 day old premature kittens. I am feeding them hourly day and night, ive tried glucose. Ive tried a bottle and syringe yet they just don't eat. Try to find another cat that is nursing a litter and see if she will "foster" these kittens. If not, get an appropriate kitten milk replacer such as KMR. It can be bought at most pet stores. Mix.
